Grifols invites you to join our international team in a phlebotomist training path at a plasma center. You’ll learn to assess donor suitability, establish rapport, and contribute to the comfort and happiness of every donor while upholding confidentiality and safety.

You will set up, operate, and monitor automated plasmapheresis equipment, respond to donor reactions, and ensure quality and safety of the plasma product.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Interest in making a difference in the world.
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• You establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• You respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
