Job summary

Grifols, a global healthcare company based in Lakewood, CO, is seeking a Phlebotomist – We Train to join its international team. The role focuses on donor comfort, accuracy, and safety in plasma collection, with responsibilities from donor suitability to plasmapheresis equipment operation.

Pay is $19.50 per hour, with eligibility for up to 4% of the company bonus pool and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) match. Deadline 09/14/26.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Interest in making a difference in the world.
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
