Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist– We Train to join our plasma center team in Indianapolis. You will help determine donor suitability, establish rapport with donors, and maintain donor confidentiality while supporting a comfortable, positive donation experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work a flexible schedule, and willingness to obtain any required state licensures or certifications. Training provided to ensure donor care and safety.

• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• You establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• You respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
