Grifols is seeking a phlebotomist to join our plasma center team in Indianapolis. You will help determine donor suitability, ensure donor comfort and confidentiality, and handle donor reactions as part of a high‑quality donor experience.

Responsibilities include operating plasmapheresis equipment, monitoring donor health, and maintaining sterile procedures. A High School diploma or GED is required, with state licensure as applicable.

• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure donor happiness and confidentiality.
• Respond to donor reactions and assist as needed.
• Monitor donor and equipment for donor health and product quality.
• Set up, operate, and monitor automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Dispose of contaminated equipment properly.
