Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Phlebotomist– We Train to join our Brookings plasma center. You will assist in donor screening, set up and operate automated plasmapheresis machines, and help keep donors comfortable and safe.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, flexibility in scheduling, and a genuine interest in helping others. You will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with strong emphasis on donor confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings.
• Interest in making a difference in the world and helping donors.

Responsabilités

• Assist in determining donor suitability.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure happiness and confidentiality.
• Respond to donor reactions and monitor donor health.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment and maintain safety.
• Clean up and dispose of contaminated equipment.
