Responsibilities

• Specimen collection with proper patient identification.
• Enter and verify patient demographics and test orders.
• Label and prepare specimens for transport and analysis.
• Monitor workflow and support training as needed.
• Maintain quality and accuracy; adhere to policies and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Communicate professionally with internal/external customers.
