Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA/NV/WA per state rules.
• Phlebotomy skills with pediatric and geriatric patients; accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily patient service and laboratory support accurately within established timelines.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Prepare, label, process, and handle specimens per procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.
• Complete all records, documentation, and data entry accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect health information.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive image with patients and staff.
• Work independently following established practices and procedures.
