Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in phlebotomy or related clinical support.
• Phlebotomy and clinical laboratory support experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy healthcare laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect venous and capillary blood specimens.
• Maintain chain of custody for urine and venous samples.
• Accession, label, and prepare specimens for testing and transport.
• Register patients and place/delete test orders in EMR/LIS; operate LIS.
• Support laboratory operations under supervision and ensure accuracy.
