Job summary

Truvian is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist / Clinical Research Assistant to support onsite blood collection and study execution at Truvian Headquarters in San Diego. This full-time, 3‑month temp‑to‑hire role requires onsite work and focuses on venipuncture with high‑quality participant experience and accurate documentation.

You will collaborate with the CRC, assist with scheduling, visit preparation, data entry, and study logs, and provide occasional laboratory support under trained

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and California CPT certification.
• Phlebotomy experience in a fast-paced setting preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GCP and research documentation favored.

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy and participant support, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Support donor recruitment, scheduling, and visit preparation with CRC.
• Laboratory and specimen support as trained, with proper safety.
