Phlebotomist at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Full time and will work 10-hour, Day shifts.

Primary responsibility is to accurately identify patients, collect high quality blood specimens on inpatients, and deliver samples to the laboratory in a timely fashion.

Required Qualifications
  • Continuing Education Units; 6 units every 2 years.
  • Phlebotomy courses from a California State approved School of Phlebotomy (see State Phlebotomy regulations).
  • California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License upon hire, Or
  • California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License upon hire.

  • Laboratory, medical office, or hospital experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
