Trilab Health in the Chicagoland area is seeking a Full-time Mobile Phlebotomist to perform blood draws at patient sites Monday through Friday, 6am–2pm. You will travel between clinics and patients to collect specimens with precision and care.

This role requires a high school diploma, phlebotomy training, and at least one year of experience. Strong safety awareness and excellent communication are essential to ensure accurate labeling, proper handling, and seamless coordination with lab staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy program or certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of safety protocols for handling hazardous materials.

Full-time Mobile Phlebotomist - 40 hours - Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm

What you'll do

• Perform blood draws and other lab-related procedures on patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Verify patient identities and maintain accurate records of all procedures performed.
• Educate patients on the collection process, specimen handling, and storage.
• Accurately label and package specimens for transport, ensuring proper handling.
• Communicate effectively with lab staff, management, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including handling and disposal of hazardous materials, in compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and lab policies.
• Engage in ongoing training and development related to phlebotomy, lab procedures, and safety protocols.

License/Certification:
