Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist - Bilingual to join our team in Hackensack, NJ. The role involves blood collection, data entry, and delivering excellent patient service across the lab network.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training, and bilingual English/Spanish. Mon-Fri with every other Saturday; pay range noted with comprehensive benefits.

• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist - Bilingual to join our team at 370 W. Pleasant View Avenue, Hackensack, NJ.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm and every other Saturday from 7:00am to 12:00pm

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Preferred Qualification

• Pediatric phlebotomy experience is a plus

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. • Pay Range: $17.60 - $30.41 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
