Phlebotomist at Camas (Finance)



We are seeking a full-time WA State credentialed MA-Phlebotomist at Camas.

The phlebotomist is a professional representative of the laboratory, primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and venipuncture collection. This role involves working collaboratively with healthcare team members to achieve positive patient and organizational outcomes, performing phlebotomy services, specimen collection and handling, and understanding department procedures along with computerized EMR and Lab Information Systems.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week, including a rotating Saturday shift.

Education/Experience/Training:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist credential required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS CPR certification required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in blood collection techniques in a clinical lab setting preferred.
  • Ability to calm patients and work under stressful conditions.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance is a must.

Pay Range: $21.28 - $29.78
