Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist for the 1st shift in Yukon, OK. This onsite contract role involves drawing blood and preparing specimens for lab testing while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. The PSR I will interact with patients and support a culture of trust and high-quality service.

Requirements include a high school diploma, phlebotomy skills, and 6 months of experience; phlebotomy certification is preferred. Flexible scheduling and data-entry ability are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA).

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist under supervision with daily operations and ensure safety.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and patient-focused care.
