About The Role

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

How You Will Contribute

• You will answer phones, greet donors, and focus on their safety and the safety of our team.
• You will screen donors, record vital signs and finger stick results.
• You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• You will identify operational opportunities for improvement and initiate process changes using approved procedures.
• You will work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support donors.

What You Bring To Takeda

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders and below knees
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasionally up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor skills, depth perception, hearing ability from a distance
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful but not required

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly wage: $19.00, aligned with local minimum wage laws. U.S. employees may be eligible for incentives, insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits.
