This position involves performing phlebotomy and blood collection procedures according to organizational policies, FDA regulations, and AABB standards.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Obtaining medical history and vitals from donors and patients.
  2. Performing blood and blood component collection procedures.
  3. Providing excellent customer service and professionalism.
  4. Assisting with recruitment of potential apheresis and bone marrow donors.
Minimum requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • No specific certificates, licenses, or registrations required.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow safety and procedural documents.
  • Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and reading English.
  • Ability to organize work and follow instructions.

Physical and environmental requirements:
