Job description

Join to apply for the Phlebotomist role at Duly Health and Care.

Hours: Monday - Friday; Must be willing to work variable 8-hour shifts between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. Every other Saturday required, 7:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Location: Wheaton. Travel required.

Position Highlights
  • Full-Time, 40 hours/week
  • Hours: Monday - Friday; variable shifts 7:00 am - 6:00 pm; every other Saturday 7:00 am - 1:00 pm.
  • Location: Wheaton. Travel required.
Responsibilities
  • Perform phlebotomy on adult and pediatric patients using aseptic protocols and proper labeling.
  • Monitor communication channels and supply inventory.
  • Receive patients professionally, utilizing AIDET and positive experience tools.
  • Process specimens, including centrifugation and transportation prep.
  • Use computer skills to access patient/testing information.
  • Maintain a clean environment and perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • National Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
  • Experience as a Phlebotomist or relevant healthcare training preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and communication skills preferred.

Compensation ranges from $17.65 to $26.50 per hour, based on experience and other factors. Additional incentives may apply.
