Job summary

Talentify, on behalf of a Primary Care Service company in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a Phlebotomist.

Responsibilities include primarily administering flu shots and supporting the lab with other injections and related tests between appointments.

Requirements include MA certification (CMA preferred; MA with proof of completion acceptable) and a track record of at least 10 vaccines administered in the past year.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified CMA or a MA with proof of completion.
• Must have administered at least 10 vaccines within the past year.
