Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 37624 SE Fury St, Snoqualmie, WA 98065. You will perform blood collections, collect specimens, enter data accurately, and provide compassionate care to patients in a patient-centered clinical setting.

WA license MA-P or license application is required, with 6+ months of phlebotomy experience. You must pass a color blindness test and be flexible to overtime. Labcorp offers competitive benefits and a supportive environment.

• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, rotating Saturdays

• Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P)

• 6 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist

• In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client Office or Hospital. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM: PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Pay Range: $21.87 to $32.28 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience and the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between Dynacare Northwest, Inc. and United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 21.

Benefits: Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), accrue up to 18 days of Annual Leave per year (includes 8 holidays) and Sick Leave (0.0333) hours of sick leave for each hour of work) capped at 64 hours per year, Tuition Reimbursement and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
