Job summary

Valley Women's Health is seeking a part-time phlebotomist to join our Lab team in the Provo area. The role requires a phlebotomy certification, ability to pass a background check, and work Mon–Fri from 07:50 to 18:30.

You will work 1–3 days per week with on-call shifts and rotate between multiple Utah locations, including Provo, Spanish Fork, Vineyard, Saratoga Springs, and American Fork. Travel between sites is required, and HIPAA compliance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to work 07:50–18:30, Monday through Friday.
• Part-time position (1–3 days a week and on-call shifts).
• Must be available to work at least 1–3 full days a week Monday through Friday.
• Rotating location and traveling.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance.

• Must be able to work 0750-1830, Monday through Friday. No weekends, nights or major holidays required!
• We are looking to fill a part time position ( 1-3 days a week and on-call shifts).
• You must be available to work at least 1 - 3 FULL days a week Monday through Friday.
• This position is for our Provo, Spanish Fork, Vineyard, Saratoga Springs, and American Fork locations.
• This position will require rotating location and traveling
• Maintains HIPAA compliance
