Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 6-month assignment at a medical facility in Palm Coast, FL 32164. The position offers potential extension or conversion and pays $19-$21/hour on W-2, DOE.

Responsibilities include collecting blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Schedules include Wed-Fri 6:00am-3:00pm and Sat 6:00am-12:00pm. Prior phlebotomy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• High school diploma or equivalent; medical training preferred.

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Palm Coast, FL 32164. This is a 6 months assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location : Palm Coast, FL 32164

Duration : 06 months Contract (Possibilities of extension)

Shift : Wed-Fri 6:00am-3:00pm Saturdays 6:00am-12:00pm

Payrate : $19-21/hr. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.

• The Patient Services Representative I(PSR I) represent the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
• The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
• The PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.
• The PSR I will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service center or as business needs dictate.
• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months experience.
• One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
