Labcorp is hiring a Phlebotomist to work at Ascension Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, WI, on the 3rd shift (Sun–Wed, 8:00pm–6:00am) with rotating weekends and holidays. Potential for flexible scheduling. Travel to additional sites when needed.

Responsibilities include performing venipuncture and capillary collections, handling specimens, and ensuring accurate patient data entry. Strong customer service and flexibility are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or 6+ months phlebotomist experience.
• Certification from an accredited agency if relying on training.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record, if applicable.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Ability to pass a color blindness test.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications and Standards

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 6 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
• Certification or training program must come from an accredited agency (in lieu of work experience)
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record, if applicable
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
