We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in Patient Service Centers or Client offices. You will provide excellent customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and serve as the face of the company. Opportunities for growth within the organization will also be available.

• PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which offers quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.
• Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.81 per hour

All offers are based on skills, relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, internal equity, and market data.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; rotating Saturdays may be required.

Work Location: 1100 Trancas Street, Napa, CA 94558

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques across all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Accurately and promptly enter patient information into the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.
• Travel to additional sites when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Valid California Phlebotomy License or application filed with the California Department of Health at the time of hire.
• Previous experience as a phlebotomist preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Pass a standardized color blindness test.
