Job summary

Any Lab Test Now in Medina, OH is seeking energetic, customer-oriented staff to join our walk-in lab testing team. The role requires two years of recent blood-draw experience, strong phone and communication skills, and the ability to educate customers on available tests.

Knowledge of common blood tests and basic computer skills (MS Word/Email) are needed; QuickBooks is a plus. Full-time hours with potential for advancement.

Any Lab Test Now is a leading provider of direct-access lab testing services, allowing individuals to take control of their health by conveniently and affordably accessing a wide variety of lab tests without the need for a doctor's order. Our mission is to empower individuals to make informed health decisions and take charge of their well-being. Our walk-in retail franchise location is currently accepting applications for energetic, customer-oriented staff members to join our team!

REQUIRED:

• Two years of recent experience drawing blood
• Ability to answer phones with confidence and explain our services
• Ability to communicate and educate customers on services offered
• Knowledge of common blood tests
• Computer skills- usage of MS Word and Email. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
• Organizational skills- track inventory, keep records, order supplies
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to critically think
• Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Screen

DESIRED:

• Experience with Quest or Lab Corp
• Experience doing drug screens
• Sales or customer service experience

Hours of Operation are as follows:

Full Time Monday - Friday 8:00A- 5:30P AND Saturday 9:00A- 2:00P

Schedule is 2 to 3 days per week:

• With Half day on Saturday
