Job summary

Any Lab Test Now is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented staff member for our walk-in retail location. You will draw blood, answer phones, explain services, educate customers on tests, and help manage daily operations. Must have clear communication, knowledge of common blood tests, and be reliable.

Background check and drug screen required. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Hours are full-time with a Monday–Friday 8:00A–5:30P schedule and Saturday 9:00A–2:00P; schedule may include 2 to 3

Qualifications

• Two years of recent experience drawing blood.
• Able to answer phones confidently and explain services.
• Able to educate customers on available tests.
• Knowledge of common blood tests.
• Proficient with MS Word and Email; QuickBooks a plus.
• Organizational skills to track inventory, keep records, order supplies.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to pass background check and drug screen.

Any Lab Test Now is a leading provider of direct-access lab testing services, allowing individuals to take control of their health by conveniently and affordably accessing a wide variety of lab tests without the need for a doctor's order.

Our walk-in retail franchise location is currently accepting applications for energetic, customer-oriented staff members to join our team!

All candidates should possess the following skills:

REQUIRED:

• Two years of recent experience drawing blood
• Ability to answer phones with confidence and explain our services
• Ability to communicate and educate customers on services offered
• Knowledge of common blood tests
• Computer skills- usage of MS Word and Email. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
• Organizational skills- track inventory, keep records, order supplies
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to critically think
• Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Screen

DESIRED:

• Experience with Quest or Lab Corp
• Experience doing drug screens
• Sales or customer service experience

Hours of Operation are as follows:

Full Time Monday - Friday 8:00A- 5:30P AND Saturday 9:00A- 2:00P

Schedule is 2 to 3 days per week:

• With Half day on Saturday
