Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Maplewood, MN (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: 2603 White Bear Ave N, Maplewood, MN 55109

Schedule: Weekdays, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Central Time)

Pay Rate: $23/hr - $25/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Maplewood location in Maplewood, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics

• Represent the face of the company while engaging patients in a professional and empathetic manner

• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Work independently with minimal supervision across multiple locations as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, and WA)

• Prior experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred

• Excellent phlebotomy skills and customer service experience

• Must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume setting

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license if applicable

• Must be flexible to cover multiple locations with minimal notice

• Must demonstrate commitment to policies, safety, confidentiality, and professionalism

Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.

This is a contract position expected to run through 9/5/2025, with a strong potential for extension or transition depending on business needs and performance.
