We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. You will also have opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

Pay Range: $21.73 - $28.49 per hour

Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program: Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Benefits: Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Work Schedule: 37.5 H/P/W: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Additional hours/days may be requested.

Work Location: Family Practice in Littleton, CO 80128

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
2. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
3. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and promptly.
4. Process billing information and collect payments when required.
5. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
6. Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
7. Provide superior customer service to all patients.
8. Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
9. Travel to additional sites when needed.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
• Previous experience as a phlebotomist is preferred.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
