We are seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center or Client office. You will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and represent the company positively. Opportunities for growth within the organization are available.

PST Incentive Plan: PSTs may be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Pay Range: $23.00 - $30.41 per hour

All offers are based on skills, relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, internal equity, and market data.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm; rotating Saturdays may be required.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages
• Collect specimens for various tests
• Accurately enter patient data
• Process billing and collect payments as needed
• Prepare specimens for testing
• Maintain logs of patient and specimen information
• Provide superior customer service
• Perform administrative and clerical duties
• Travel to additional sites as required

Job Requirements

• Valid California Phlebotomy License or application in process
• Previous phlebotomy experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable
• Flexibility to work overtime
• Pass a standardized color blindness test
