Job summary

Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics is seeking a Casual (as needed) Phlebotomist to join our highly committed and dynamic Lab team as we provide excellent quality care to patients in our hospital setting. Starting pay is $16.86/hr and up, based on your years of experience.

You’ll work in a hospital setting with on-the-job training and opportunities for professional development; the role requires a High School Diploma or equivalency and a valid driver’s license, with CPT/CNA/MA program

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Prior healthcare lab experience preferred but not required.
• Desired CPT certification or completion of CNA/MA program.

Education

Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)

Certified Nursing Assistant program

Medical Assistant Program graduate

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Prior experience in a healthcare lab setting preferred but not required.
• Desired: Certified Phlebotomy Tech (CPT), and/or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program or a graduate of a Medical Assistant Program.
