Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II

Location: 9411 N Oak Trfy, Kansas City MO 64155

Pay rate: $24 - $25 per hour

Duration: 3-4 months (possible extension)

Shift: 8:30am – 5:30pm Central

Job Summary

The Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
• Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
• Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.
• Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.
• Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.

Experience

• 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred).
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred).
• Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred).
