Phlebotomist – We Train

Pay scale of $18.81 - $24.04 per hour. This position is eligible for up to 4% of the company bonus pool. Benefits include medical, PTO, up to 5% 401K match, and tuition reimbursement. Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
  • Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
  • Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
  • Monitor donor and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
  • Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
  • Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
