Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a compassionate Phlebotomist to join our Laboratory Operations team. You will provide patient-centered venipuncture, accurately collect specimens, and ensure proper labeling and handling to support timely test results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience is preferred.

This opportunity is:

Location: Hot Springs, AR 71913
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm; Hours may vary on Friday
Full-time: Benefit Eligible

In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
