Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a donor services associate to assist in donor suitability assessments, establish rapport with donors, and respond to donor reactions. You will monitor donor health and equipment, set up and operate plasmapheresis machines, and dispose of contaminated equipment in a safe, compliant manner.

The role emphasizes maintaining donor confidentiality and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting health and safety standards in a clinical setting.
