Pride Health is hiring a phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility based in Clifton, NJ 07013. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Pay rate: $20/hr-$21

Location: Clifton, NJ 07013

Duration: 2 months, with possible extension

Shift: Mon 9am-6pm; Tues, Thur 8:30am-4:30pm; Wed 12pm-5pm; Fri 9am-3pm

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involves:

· Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.

· Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.

· Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.

· Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.

· Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.

Specimen Collection & Processing:

· Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection with precision.

· Verify patient demographic information, including initials and signatures post-venipuncture.

· Ensure all specimens are properly labeled in the patient’s presence.

· 1 Year of phlebotomy experience required
