Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Bristol, TN (Full-Time, Onsite)
Location: 235 Medical Park Blvd, Bristol, TN 37620
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.80- $21.30/HR
Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Bristol Patient Service Center in Bristol, TN.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
• Handle both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing
• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
• Verify patient demographic information, including initials and signature post-venipuncture
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, and the public
• Work independently with minimal on-site supervision
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
• Strong data entry and processing skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly
• Must have reliable transportation and be available to work multiple locations
• Must live within 20–25 minutes of the jobsite
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
• Must pass TB test and color vision screening
Reliable transportation is a must. Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
