Phlebotomist - PAML

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center or Client office. You will deliver exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and represent the company positively. Opportunities for growth within the organization are available.

* QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM *

PSTs may qualify for a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics through the PST Incentive Plan.

**Pay Rate: $20.29 - $29.81 per hour

Job offers will be based on skills, relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, internal equity, and market data.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Accurately and promptly enter patient data
• Process billing information and collect payments as needed
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain logs of patient and specimen information
• Provide superior customer service
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when required

Job Requirements:

• Valid Washington Phlebotomy License or application filed at time of hire
• Previous phlebotomy experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record, if applicable
• Flexibility for overtime
• Ability to pass a color blindness test
