Now Hiring: Pediatric Phlebotomist | Full-Time | Boston, MA

We’re partnering with a longstanding pediatric practice located in Boston, MA, that is now looking to bring pediatric phlebotomy services in-house. We’re actively seeking a seasoned Pediatric Phlebotomist who brings both technical skill and a warm bedside manner to their work. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys collaborating with a clinical team, and thrives in a fast-paced pediatric environment.

• Position: Pediatric Phlebotomist
• Location: Boston, MA (100% Onsite)
• Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours/week)
• Schedule Options: 5x8s or 4x10s — flexible, based on candidate preference
• Pay: $25–$28+/hr

Key Requirements

• Must have recent experience with pediatric phlebotomy
• Ability to work independently and perform various blood draws including venipuncture, heel/finger sticks
• Comfortable working with children of all ages — calm, patient, and nurturing demeanor is a must
• Experience in a medical office, hospital, or lab setting
• CLIA-waived testing experience preferred
• Certification: CPT or graduate of an accredited phlebotomy or MA program
• At least 1 year of pediatric experience
