Starting Wage

The salary range is $68,640 to $76,000 depending on experience.

Remote with ability to travel to our headquarters, in Vista, as needed

Responsibilities
  • Serve as “Relationship Manager” for nonprofits and other organizations which includes maintaining regular and proactive communication with a diverse portfolio of nonprofit and charitable organizations.
  • Facilitate funding requests and manage compliance requirements, including the collection and review of necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate sponsorships and event‑related initiatives, including logistics, internal approvals, and collaboration with external partners.
  • Develop, negotiate and evaluate sponsorship agreements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Review and analyze programmatic and impact reports to assess outcomes and inform future funding decisions.
  • Work with the Senior Philanthropy Specialist to provide logistical, administrative and project management support for internal and external reports including the All‑One! Report, Sponsorship Report, Nonprofit Capacity Building report, Annual Department Report, and other reports and presentations as needed and assigned.
  • Coordinate production of the All‑One in Action Newsletter and other nonprofit communications, including collaborating with PR and Marketing departments to generate content and design communications.
  • Manage project deadlines, maintain the nonprofit mailing list and draft routine communications to nonprofit partners as needed.
  • In partnership with the Senior Philanthropy Specialist, manage the Product Donation program working directly with nonprofit organizations and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain data integrity in the Funding Request (FRA) System, continually work to improve processes and workflow, proactively contribute to solving problems and addressing any gaps in the system.
  • Manage public‑facing email inbox and respond to unsolicited funding requests, product donations, and sponsorship requests.
  • Review and evaluate charitable giving opportunities as requested.
  • Manage deliverables for sponsorship‑related events as needed.
  • Provide logistical support for nonprofit capacity building trainings, workshops and events, maintain virtual capacity building resource library, manage workshop evaluations.
  • Maintain departmental meeting schedules, handle meeting logistics, agendas, notetaking and distribution, and next steps follow‑through.
  • Other duties as required within job scope.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience working in an administrative support role.
  • 3 years of experience working in cause‑related issue areas, nonprofit organizations and/or charitable causes, either on staff or in a volunteer role.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of software programs including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook).
  • Digital file sharing & project management systems.
  • Video conferencing platforms.
  • Email communication services (Mailchimp or similar).
  • CRMs (AirTables or similar).
