USC Arcadia Hospital Foundation is seeking a Philanthropy Officer to manage a major gift portfolio, lead cultivation and stewardship of donors, and develop gift strategies aligned with the Foundation’s priorities.
Reporting to the President, you will collaborate with leadership to create donor events, track progress in Blackbaud CRM, and help secure gifts that sustain the hospital’s mission and programs. 5–7 years of fundraising experience is preferred.
Since 1903, USC Arcadia Hospital has been a cornerstone of Southern California healthcare. With 348 licensed beds, more than 40,000 emergency visits annually and advanced diagnostic technology—from a 320-slice CT scanner to high-definition MRI, catheterization and neuro-interventional radiology—our commitment remains focused: provide high-quality healing services while caring for patients’ emotional and spiritual needs. The USC Arcadia Hospital Foundation builds enduring relationships that sustain the fiscal health of USC Arcadia Hospital through excellence.
Hospital closures in the local area have placed greater demand on our emergency services and specialized care. Our Foundation stands at a pivotal juncture: leveraging donor partnerships to fund critical programs—such as spiritual care chaplaincy training, senior services and our Comprehensive Stroke Center. Exceptional fundraising leadership now can directly impact community health outcomes.
