Qualifications

• Requires strong research, analysis, and ability to synthesize complex topics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and briefings.
• Experience in civil society organizations and strategic philanthropy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities for CSL initiatives.
• Coordinate with program staff on grantmaking and strategy development.
• Conduct research and analysis on civil society topics and threats.
• Prepare materials and agendas for program meetings, grantee meetings, and site visits.
• Contribute to knowledge management and documentation, including summaries of meetings and actions.
