Job summary

Mercor is seeking a contract Evaluator to assess AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics, identify errors, and provide structured feedback.

You will apply subject-matter expertise and work independently to meet deadlines while helping improve AI model performance. English fluency and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace (Slides) are essential. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in nonprofit/philanthropy/community programs.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
