Job summary

The Art Institute of Chicago is seeking a Philanthropy Business Analyst to provide analytic support across the Philanthropy department, translating goals into clear reporting, visualizations, and tools that guide fundraising projections and prospect management.

You will lead a holistic philanthropy reporting ecosystem, develop data visualizations, and work with leadership to set and track goals, while supporting CRM testing and experiments to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a holistic philanthropy reporting ecosystem with systemized reports, data visualizations, and internally developed data warehouses.
• Extract specialized datasets for business analysis and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with Philanthropy leadership to set goals, visualize them, and track progress through completion.
• Partner with Philanthropy on CRM testing, conversion, and ongoing processes.
• Support the design, execution, and evaluation of real-world experiments.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
