The Art Institute of Chicago is seeking a Philanthropy Business Analyst to provide analytic support across the Philanthropy department, translating goals into clear reporting, visualizations, and tools that guide fundraising projections and prospect management.

The Enterprise Software and Analytics team supports the institution by guiding the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of its enterprise applications. The team leads the data and analytics functions, helping departments make informed, mission‑aligned decisions. They also consult to ensure systems work together effectively, supporting smooth functionality, thoughtful integration, and a strong foundation for future growth.
The Philanthropy Business Analyst provides analytic support and strategic insights for the Philanthropy department. You work across teams to help colleagues understand and use data effectively, translating departmental goals into clear reporting, visualizations, and tools that support decision‑making. Your work guides goal setting, progress measurement, prospect management, pipeline development, and fundraising projections. You also develop and maintain analytic tools, data visualizations, and reports that help the department work more efficiently and strategically.
