Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking a Family Giving and Community Engagement Officer in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead donor development, manage family and corporate giving, and collaborate with campus leadership to meet fundraising goals and strengthen community involvement.

You will engage with parents, faculty, and volunteers, coordinate with the Regional team, and promote philanthropy across school events and communications. Strong public speaking and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the academy’s Strategic Development Plan and fundraising policies.
• Develop and meet fundraising goals and benchmarks for family participation and gifts.
• Serve as liaison between parents, staff, donors, and volunteers to strengthen engagement.
• Collaborate with Headmaster and Parent Service Organizations on campus development activities.
• Support major gift initiatives and funding opportunities with the Major Gift Officer.
• Represent fundraising efforts in community events and academy communications.
