Role Summary:
Under the Warehouse Manager's supervision, oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, and fixed assets. Lead a team, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse staff and daily operations
- Conduct monthly physical inventory counts
- Oversee parts clerks' inventory activities
- Load and unload trucks
- Ensure safety and procedural compliance
- Communicate tasks effectively to team members
- Maintain adequate inventory levels
- Identify and report inventory issues
- Monitor inventory movement for accuracy
- Support VPC line and PIO with product
- Notify customers and management of inventory status
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Forklift Certification
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
- Repetitive hand use, standing, walking, driving, bending, reaching, kneeling, balancing, pushing/pulling, crawling, lifting up to 70 lbs.
