Advantra Health in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) for a per diem assignment. You will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic services.

The role requires an unrestricted Radiologic Technologist license in PA, ARRT in Radiography, BLS, and 1–2 years of diagnostic radiology experience.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Radiologic Technologist license or PA authorization.
Current ARRT certification in Radiography.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
1–2 years of diagnostic radiology experience.
Strong technical, communication, and patient-care skills.
Ability to work flexible per-diem shifts.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations per physician orders and protocols.
Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain examination processes.
Position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Operate and maintain radiographic imaging equipment per safety standards.
Follow radiation protection guidelines to minimize exposure.
Review images for quality before submission for interpretation.
Maintain accurate documentation of imaging procedures.
Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to support patient care.
Follow infection control procedures and departmental policies.
