Job summary

Pinnacle Aviation is seeking an experienced Phenom 300E Captain to join our Scottsdale-based team. This is a full-time position for a pilot who combines strong aircraft knowledge and sound judgment with professionalism, teamwork, discretion, and excellent passenger service.

The aircraft is based in Scottsdale and operates approximately 300 to 400 hours annually in a combination of Part 91 owner flying and Part 135 charter operations.

Qualifications

• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
• EMB-505 type rating.
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 2,000 hours in jet aircraft.
• Minimum 500 hours in the Phenom 300/300E.
• Current and proficient in the Phenom 300/300E.
• Ability to meet Part 135 PIC requirements.
• Strong safety record and crew resource management.
• Must reside in or relocate to Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
• Valid passport and ability to travel as required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Captain and Pilot in Command of the Phenom 300E.
• Fly approximately 300–400 hours annually in Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
• Plan and conduct each flight safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with crewmember, operations and maintenance teams, and flight-support staff.
• Maintain professional appearance and passenger-ready aircraft.
• Provide discreet, premium passenger service and represent Pinnacle Aviation professionally.
• Participate in the Safety Management System and continuous improvement.

Pinnacle Aviation is seeking an experienced Phenom 300E Captain to join our Scottsdale-based team. This is a full-time position for a pilot who combines strong aircraft knowledge and sound judgment with professionalism, teamwork, discretion, and excellent passenger service. The aircraft is based in Scottsdale and operates approximately 300 to 400 hours annually in a combination of Part 91 owner flying and Part 135 charter operations. Because of the operating profile, we are specifically seeking a pilot with meaningful Phenom 300/300E experience who is current, proficient, and comfortable operating the aircraft.

Position Overview

• Serve as Captain and Pilot in Command of the Phenom 300E.
• Fly approximately 300 to 400 hours annually in a combination of Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
• Plan and conduct each flight safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulations, company procedures, and sound operating judgment.
• Coordinate proactively with the other crewmember, Pinnacle Aviation's operations and maintenance teams, and other flight-support personnel.
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the aircraft remains clean, organized, secure, and passenger-ready.
• Provide attentive, discreet service and represent Pinnacle Aviation professionally during every passenger interaction.
• Participate in Pinnacle Aviation's Safety Management System and support a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
• EMB-505 type rating.

• Minimum 500 hours in the Phenom 300/300E.
• Current and proficient in the Phenom 300/300E.
• Ability to meet all applicable Part 135 Pilot in Command experience, training, currency, company, insurance, ARGUS, and WYVERN requirements before assignment as Pilot in Command.
• Strong record of safe, professional flight operations and effective crew resource management.
• Must live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
• Valid passport and ability to travel as required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant Pilot in Command experience in the Phenom 300/300E.
• Recent recurrent training in the Phenom 300/300E.
• Demonstrated experience providing high-level owner, charter, and passenger service.
