Job summary

Vantage Aviation seeks a highly skilled pilot to operate the Phenom 300 under a two-pilot, on-demand arrangement. The role focuses on safe, compliant, and discreet passenger air travel with top-level service standards.

Required are an ATP certificate, a current First Class Medical, and a willingness to obtain a Phenom 300 type rating (preferred) through company training. Local residency within 90 minutes of the base is expected.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP certificate required.
• Current First Class Medical certificate required.
• Phenom 300 type rating preferred or company-sponsored training willingness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe and efficient flight operations per FAA rules and company policies.
• Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties including planning and weather analysis.
• Ensure aircraft airworthiness, fuel planning, and weight/balance calculations.
• Communicate with air traffic control and ground personnel during flights.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and records as required.
• Provide exceptional service to passengers with safety and discretion.
• Coordinate with co-pilot, maintenance, and operations for flight readiness.
• Stay current and qualified in all systems, regulations, and procedures through training.
