Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences area is required.
• Upcoming PhD graduates or Postdocs welcome to apply.
• Fluency in English with solid presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with project coordinators and clinical trial managers.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports in the trial management system.
• Interact with sponsors, study sites, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee regulatory filing systems and study supplies.
• Create and maintain project timelines and meeting minutes.
