Job summary

Google is inviting PhD students to join as a full-time, 12-14 week Research Intern for Summer 2027 across multiple US locations. The program supports research in AI, ML, NLP, CV, and related fields, with English proficiency required and a location in the United States for the duration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a PhD degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Natural Sciences, or related technical field.
• Experience in one area of computer science (e.g., NLP, CV, ML, DL, optimization, data science, software engineering, or similar).
